When you contact Creation Station about a self tape, include the casting notice, your sides and your deadline so we can help faster. However, we no longer offer in-person sessions.
First, every message goes straight to our team inbox. Then we read it, route it to the right person and reply by email, usually within one to two business days. Also, questions about orders or course access come first, because we want you learning as soon as possible.
If your question is about a specific audition, tell us the deadline in your message. We will let you know right away if coaching can fit your timeline. For general self-tape questions, however, we often point you to the exact lesson in the Self-Tape Academy that covers it, so you can keep the answer for next time.
Meanwhile, we review business, press and partnership requests weekly. Please include your company name, what you have in mind and the best way to reach you. Of course, we keep your details private and only use them to reply to your message.
